Unarmed saguaros - a photo on Flickriver

Unarmed saguaros

            I took this shot from Ironwood Forest National Monument. I found it interesting that most of the saguaros in this area didn't have lots of arms (branches) like they do in most places. The steep mountain in the background is Baboquiveri Peak and the mountain on the right is Kitt Peak with observatories on top.
