Geometric Silence – Expo 2025 Osaka

            Cette image en noir et blanc capture l’ossature monumentale de la structure en bois circulaire de l’Expo universelle d’Osaka 2025.

Le choix du monochrome accentue l’abstraction : les poutres s’entrelacent en un jeu infini de lignes et de perspectives, créant une impression presque hypnotique de labyrinthe géométrique. Les ombres sculptent la matière, transformant le bois en une suite de rythmes visuels, comme une partition silencieuse.

Techniquement, j’ai choisi d’isoler ce cadrage pour révéler la répétition modulaire et la force brute du design, tout en jouant sur la profondeur et le contraste. Les poutres semblent s’empiler à l’infini, rappelant l’architecture traditionnelle japonaise du kumiki (assemblage sans clou), mais projetée dans une échelle contemporaine et monumentale.

Cette photographie cherche à traduire le sentiment ressenti sur place : une architecture vivante, qui respire par ses vides et ses pleins, et qui symbolise à la fois la solidité et l’impermanence.
