Olive trees...

            Symbol of peace, love and loyalty.
The Olive tree takes a long time to grow, but can live to be several hundred years old.
Some here are very old, exact numbers are not known, but it is believed that the small island of Thasos cultivates over 1.2 million olive trees and has wild trees.

Symbol des Friedens, der Liebe und der Treue.
Der Olivenbaum braucht lange um zu wachsen, kann aber mehrere hundert Jahre alt werden.
Einige hier sind sehr Alt, genaue Zahlen sind nicht bekannt es wird jedoch vermutet das die kleine Insel Thasos über 1,2 Millionen Olivenbäume kultiviert und wilde Bäume aufweist.
