1998 Nissan Skyline (R33) - Tail Light Detail - IMG_8887 - Edited

            This unfortunate R33 Skyline was on the back of a low-loader recovery vehicle, with the front bumper and fenders removed, and no license plates (number plates) front or back.

I don't know its story, or its fate, and without the number plate, I can't pin down its date of construction.  The car was gone by the next time I walked past this location.

The R33 version of the Nissan Skyline was the ninth version of the car.  It was built between 1993 and 1998 at Nissan's plant in Musashimurayama, Japan.  Every model of the R33 was powered by an inline 6 cylinder petrol engine, either naturally aspirated (non-turbo) or with forced induction (turbocharged).  I'm not sure which engine this particular car was fitted with.

EDIT:  Car's registration is "A60 VGT", and it was first registered in 1998.  But that's the year the R34 came out - so this is probably a very late model R33.
