Breakfast on a Drizzly Day - a photo on Flickriver

It had been drizzling when I woke up, but by the time I got a cup of coffee, grabbed the Bantam, and made it outside to feed the horses, goats, and pig, the drizzle had temporarily stopped. Firenze, who is older and has some arthritis in his front legs, generally eats and sleeps inside the little barn on the hay-covered wooden floor when it is cold or damp out, but Popsi usually likes to eat outside, all'aperto, unless the rain is heavy or the ground is very wet. So on this intermittently drizzly morning, Firenze ate inside, and Popsi outside :-)

Camera: Kodak Bantam f/8 (1938-1942, with Kodalinear f:8 40mm lens). Kodak discontinued production of the Bantam's native 828 film (35mm roll film with 8 images, each 28 x 40mm) in 1985. I substituted conventional, sprocketed 35mm film, using backing paper cut down from 120 film backing paper according to an online tutorial by Dan Mitchell (www.pheugo.com/cameras/index.php?page=spool828). I didn't include the sprocket holes in my scan; the scanned negative area was thus approximately 24 x 40mm).

Film: 35mm 50 ISO Ilford Pan F Plus, developed in Arista Liquid Developer for 6:45 minutes @ 69 degrees, and scanned with an Epson V600 scanner.
