Innalzato dalla Fondazione Emanuele per iniziativa del famoso attore americano di origine ebraica ungherese, Tony Curtis.
Ogni foglia di questo salice piangente, cinquemila in tutto, riporta inciso il nome e cognome di ogni ebreo caduto vittima dei nazisti nel ghetto di Budapest.

Raised by the Emanuele Foundation on the initiative of the famous American actor of Hungarian Jewish origin, Tony Curtis.
Each leaf of this weeping willow, five thousand in all, bears the name and surname of each Jew who fell victim to the Nazis in the Budapest ghetto.
