Rolll Calll! - a photo on Flickriver

Rolll Calll!

I'm a third of the way through another Hibernia scene and I'm starting to think about who will populate it. Where my other scene had no figures (there was one in the cab but she wasn't visible), this one will be PACKED.

Where YOU come in:
I feel confident in my scene-building abilities but I know that I don't have an eye for minifigures. Of the 16 featured above, I only really like seven of them. Unfotunately, I will need somewhere between 20 and 30 figures to populate the image. So maybe YOU can help! Any fig ideas or tips? Keep in mind, I'm using Mecabricks so I'm dependant on the parts and prints already loaded in.

Setting the scene:
Envision a busy mining town built into the trenches of early mines. A long skylight roof holds back the wind and snow and lets sunlight in (if the residents are lucky). In the forground, a small police terminal watches the turn-style entrance to the town. One of the towns many bars sits across the walkway, set into the rock-face. A set of metal stairs leads up one level to a house of questionable activities (its a mining town on a lonely rock light-years from Earth after all). Across the way is a brightly colored stand selling whosits and whatcha-call'ems. More shops sell food and items of interest. The walkways are mostly stone--roughly cut from when this was only a mine--and a few puddles are forming of melted snow off workers boots. Above it all is the circular window of the Mayor's office. The spice barron raised this town up from the dust and he isn't about to let any of it go. The greens and blues and reds of neon lights wash over the bustle of weary workers. Interspersed are our characters of intrest!

-mayor/spice baron
-police
-a few travelers
-a drunk or two
-some random workers (not miners)
-more miners obviously
-a few shop/bar owners
-bounty hunter?
-crime syndicate person (or two)
-religious missionary
-other?
All set within the Hibernia aesthetic.

I can't promise anything but I would love all the help I can get.
