Maritimes Museum - Hamburg - a photo on Flickriver

            Das Internationale Maritime Museum Hamburg (IMMH) ist ein Schiffahrtsmuseum im Kaispeicher B in der Hamburger Speicherstadt.  Es wurde 2008 eröffnet. Ausgestellt wird die Sammlung Peter Tamms aus Objekten zur Seeschifffahrt, deren Kern mehrere Zehntausend Schiffsmodelle bilden. Die Stadt Hamburg stellte die Immobilie der Stiftung sowie 30 Millionen Euro für die Sanierungs- und Umbaukosten zur Verfügung.

The International Maritime Museum Hamburg (IMMH) is a maritime museum in the Kaispeicher B in Hamburg's Speicherstadt. It was opened in 2008. The collection Peter Tamms is exhibited from objects to the maritime navigation, whose core forms several ten thousand ship models. The City of Hamburg provided the property to the Foundation and 30 million euros for the renovation and conversion Costs.
