Under the old windmill ( Explored 21-12-2023)

            Photography of one of the windmills that can be seen at Zaanse Schans in the Netherlands. The windmill in the photo in particular was and still is the paint mill, called De Kat in Dutch, which dates from the 17th century. In this mill, the pigments are ground to make the paints and this mill is still located in the same place where it was built. 

Fotografía de uno de los molinos de viento que pueden verse en Zaanse Schans (Países Bajos). El molino de viento de la foto en concreto era y sigue siendo el molino de pintura, llamado De Kat en neerlandés, que data del siglo XVII. En este molino se muelen los pigmentos para hacer las pinturas y este molino sigue situado en el mismo lugar donde se construyó.
