Early days of a big extension replacing the 168 to Camden venues and an Overground interchange but has struggled with curtailments and operations. | Go-Ahead London ADL Enviro 400H MMC working the 1 to Hampstead Heath.

            The 1 is now in its second full week of its lengthy extension replacing the withdrawn 168 all the way to Hampstead Heath and having a frequency increase to deal with the increase. This now leaves the 53, 63, 172, 363, 415 and 453 as Elephant to Old Kent Road links.

While it's nice to get some MMCs on here, which are far superior to the horrid frogs and EvoSetis, Camberwell (Q) have struggled with the increases; I've seen curtailments to Chalk Farm and bunching up at the north end around Camden Town. Let's give it a month or so for them to settle in but it's still frustrating to have driver changes at The Old Vic. Worth noting the N1 hasn't changed at all - Camden to Thamesmead sounds a bit arduous.
