110 428-0 TRI I DRV 13489 / DRV 14115 I Fieberbrunn (15656)

            Das eigentliche Highlight an diesem herrlichen Wintertag war dann der "Alpen Express" aus Den Haag Centraal. Ab Venlo im deutsch-niederländischen Grenzgebiet bis Wörgl in Tirol war die stahlblaue 110 428-0 von TRI (Train Rental International) für diesen Fernzug eingeteilt. Ab Wörgl übernahm Lokomotions 185 666 den Zugteil nach Bludenz (DRV 13489) während sich die schöne blaue Bügelfalte an das Zugende setzte und den Zugteil nach Bischofshofen (DRV 14115) bespannte. Im vorliegenden Bild durcheilt die inzwischen 55 Jahre alte Einheitslokomotive (Abnahme: 
14.09.1966) die Ortschaft Fieberbrunn vor der imposanten Kulisse des Wilden Kaisers.

The real highlight on this glorious winter's day was the "Alpen Express" from Den Haag Centraal. From Venlo in the German-Dutch border area to Wörgl in Tyrol, the steel blue 110 428-0 from TRI (Train Rental International) was assigned to haul this long-distance train. At Wörgl, Locomotion's 185 666 took over the part of the train to Bludenz (DRV 13489) while the beautiful blue locomotive sat at the end of the train in order to haul the second part of the train to Bischofshofen (DRV 14115). In the present picture, the standard locomotive, which is now 55 years old, is rushing through the village of Fieberbrunn and in the background there still is the imposing massif of the Wilder Kaiser mountains.
