WE 430 speeds down the former Conrail/PC/PRR Fort Wayne Line, now owned by CSX and leased by the CF&E, with Wheeling running the 430/431 pair once a week over the trackage. Formerly double tracked, and apart of PRR's main New York-Chicago artery, it's sad to see now that this line which once was one of the busiest and most important in the east has been reduced to single tracked TWC territory. At least there are still signals to shoot, even if they're out of service.
