Arriva London North HV124 - LJ13 FAU

            Surprisingly, Arriva seem to have a good foothold in Central London... well, around Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square, that is. I would have much preferred the cowhorns livery of the Gemini 1s and the DAF ALX400s of the past, but oh well, TfL branding guidelines prevent interesting London liveries and force operators into an ungainly 100% red livery. And word is that London operators will soon not be allowed to have their logos featured on the front and back of their buses anymore starting next year. See Uno's newly-refurbished 601 branded for the 383 for what is likely to come.

Arriva London North's HV124, a 2013 Volvo B5LH Wright Eclipse Gemini 2 hybrid based in Wood Green (WN) garage, is stuck in regular Central London traffic on Charing Cross Road as it heads up the 29 to Wood Green. Alongside the fact that this is one of the few that retains Dayglo rollblinds, note that this bus is six years old - I wonder where this will end up once it is finished in London?
