Cullen Bay Sea Defences As The Sun Goes Down

            Cullen Bay sea defences were built in the mid to late 1950s.Built after the decline of the fishing industry ....at its peak the boats would be hauled up onto the beach and the small harbour (that is behind me as I take this shot )would be full of fishing boats and every village along the Moray coast would have been the same ....the houses behind the wall were all fishermans cottages ....now many are holiday homes
