Jam - a photo on Flickriver

Jam

            I have been a professional handycraft jam maker for over twenty years with my own brand. 
In Sweden we call lots of jams marmelade (marmelad in swedish) when the texture is more firm because the word jam (sylt in swedish) signals a much lower quality. Very strange as marmelade traditionally is made from citrus fruits. 
The photo shows a ”Tomato marmelade flavored with whiskey” but it is actually a jam. It is one of my own favorites. Especially with a good cheese on toast.
