Super Fleet trio on L-CHI105 (9-27-23)

            I hustled across Illinois from Iowa after seeing that a Santa Fe Warbonnet trio may be leading the Wednesday, September 27, 2023 edition of the L-CHI105. My mad-dash for Lemont, where I wanted to shoot this, came up about 20 minutes too late. By the time I caught up to the local at Joliet Yard, rain clouds, which I had previously driven through, had blanketed the sky as the evening hours approached. I shot what I could. Here, 105's power is over the I&M Canal while working Joliet Yard. Later I got a distant shot of them as they pulled up to Union Station before shoving back to the yard. It was a fun trip that I wish I had left just a bit earlier for.
