The flower is made up of three sepals and three petals, sepals. The middle petal is different in shape and enlarged (the lip), so that it forms a platform for insects to easily reach the center of the flower.
De bloem is opgebouwd uit drie kelkbladen en drie kroonbladen, kelkbladen. Het middelste kroonblad is afwijkend qua vorm en vergroot (de lip), zodat het een platform voor insecten vorm om makkelijke het centrum van de bloem te bereiken.
Orchidée blanche (Orchidacées) La fleur est composée de trois sépales et de trois pétales, sépales. Le pétale du milieu est de forme différente et élargi (la lèvre), de sorte qu'il forme une plate-forme permettant aux insectes d'atteindre facilement le centre de la fleur.

Die Blüte besteht aus drei Kelchblättern und drei Blütenblättern, Kelchblättern. Das mittlere Blütenblatt hat eine andere Form und ist vergrößert (die Lippe), so dass es eine Plattform für Insekten bildet, von der aus sie leicht in die Blütenmitte gelangen können.
