Pink Oyster Mushrooms - a photo on Flickriver

Janet got these pink oyster mushrooms at the new indoor farmers' market that opened today in Cambridge.

The mushrooms were grown right here in Newburyport, Mass. The market, which opened today and attracted about 1000 people, was organized by my future son-in-law Jose Mendez. Man oh man am I proud of him!
