17CM (Explore 11 May 2024) First sunlight on Sow and Piglets (also known as the 12 Apostles) DSC_0006

            I really like the name Sow and Piglets. The name was, apparently, given by George Bass in 1798. The strait to the left is Bass Strait.

Somehow the christians got hold of the place and invented a new name. There were only 7 pillars of rock. Now there are 5. Not sure what that says about religion and counting.
