St. Bartholomew’s Hospital - merchandise badge? (1980's / 1990's)

            Unsure for what purpose this badge was issued for but may have been for raising funds by sale to the general public, perhaps through the hospital shop? 

The badge shows the hospital's crest that was in use until 1994 when St. Bartholomew's became part of the Royal Hospitals NHS Trust, joining with the Royal London Hospital and the London Chest Hospital. The new crest incorporated the crest of the Royal London and remained in use for a few years thereafter until it's use was superseded by the standard NHS logo.

Material:  Diecast alloy?
Fixer:  Rollbar pin.
Size:   5/8” diameter (about 17mm).
Process:  Diecast moulded and die-cut to shape & size.
