Aruba - P&O Aurora

            There were five cruise ships docked in Oranjestad, Aruba, including our ship, the Ryndam.  This is the most ships I have seen in a cruiseport.  Once I saw 9 or 10 ships in Cozumel, Mexico, but most of them were anchored in the Caribbean Sea.

Aurora. a P&O (British) ship, carries 1,900 passengers.  It was built in 2000.  Aurora was on a round-the-world cruise, beginning in Southampton, England.  I met some Aurora passengers on the Aruba Trolley.  They were going as far as Australia on the cruise, and later flying back to England.  

Aurora is taking on fuel from an oil products tanker.
