Hudson Yards Plaza (people are back!)

            Relatively a lot of visitors many behind me at a lot of tables and chairs outside (not any restaurant involved). "Vessel" observation structure is open for (free) ticketed visitors.   Mall is sad in a way as it just opened with restrictions and many of the luxe shops closed.
