Female Hibiscus (Cotton) Harlequin Bug Laying Eggs on Hibiscus tiliaceus Leaf Stem at Cattana Wetlands

This is the first time I have seen this happening, one afternoon a few days ago.  The female was laying eggs in a semi-circle arc, back and forth for about two rows, then it would go around and do the other semi-circle.  All the time the rows were symmetrical.  I was able to get close because the bug would not leave her egg laying.  There were a number of these bugs, male and female on the tree.

I have others in this series and probably better than this including the underneath view.  This will do to begin with.  Will do some more at a later date.
