Merry Christmas 2024

            Merry Christmas to all of my Flickr friends! Although this has not been my busiest photography year, I have a lot to be grateful for with the addition of my first son and child to the family. I did get out a few times though, especially during the holiday season. 

The 2024 CPKC Holiday Train kicked off its tour the week before Thanksgiving. Two identical trains cross Canada and the United States annually making stops for concerts and food donations along the way. The train visited the United States twice, first in Maine along the Moosehead Sub and Eastern Maine Railroad and then in New York along the former Delaware & Hudson Line. Two days before Thanksgiving the train is between stops in Fort Edward and Port Henry as it crosses South Bay just outside Whitehall.
