Chicago's Dumbest Criminals - a photo on Flickriver

            How dumb do you have to be to commit a crime in an alley right across the street from a library parking lot where a police/community barbecue is in full swing? Dumb as these three taggers, apparently.

The man in the white shirt, black pants and sunglasses patting these morons down is a police sergeant; the gray-haired man to his right in the black shirt and blue jeans is the then-9th District Commander; the large gray-haired man at right in the orange striped shirt is a Cook County Circuit Court judge.

Again, how box-of-rocks dumb do you have to be?
