High Wheel & Whymsy #1 on the '86 van, May 5, 1990

My design, The Hatchrack, with the first Ingo replica I made, which became the "Whymcycle", and bone shaker I'd built from found 48" wheel, which I later learned was a 1970's reproduction from Rideable Replicas of Alameda, Ca...the rest of the original bike, i never saw. Both of these cycles i made at my then work place, Tomco Products, in Azusa, Ca., in 1988 or so. The van & bikes I use yet, with heavy use and many pleased riders of the newer Whymcycles and what-have-you, usually toted all over in this now 402,000 mileage van.
