            Since the cabin we reserved had problems with water pipes, they moved us into this lodge, built in 1903 as hunting club. Except for the squirrels who built a nest somewhere in the chimney, we were alone in this huge 6-bedroom mansion. The squirrels were noisy, but after 2x3 hrs of skiing you don't care. Nice cold weather, -18 C saturday, -10-12 C Sunday. 

Crystal Lake is an awesome place! The only problem is the organization, which is a total mess. Reservations are made by someone in Dalaware, ski shop is run by other people, and finally the camp is run by someone else. All these folks are nice and helpful but they do not communicate with each other.
