Vällingby Centre III - a photo on Flickriver

The new roof over a part of the square and a shopping street was built in 2006 and designed by &Rundquist. www.rundquist.se/ (website also in english)

Vällingby Centre was inaugurated 1954 (architects: Backström & Reinius Arkitekter). The development and extension of the centre was awarded the Planning Prize 2006 by The Swedish Association of Architects (responsible for the planning: Stockholms stadsbyggnadskontor and White arkitekter).
