Old time back porch summertime fashion

            This was my first sewing project ever. It is a simple dress, Mostly made of 4 pieces, front and back skirt and front and back top.The worn paint job on the porch realy complments the outfit well.  It is made from a bedsheet that had already been dyed or painted when I found it at the Goodwill Outlet store.

I wore this to the Fremont Summer Solstice Parade one year and the Seattle Pride Parade the next.  
The fabric still has strong colors and is in relatively large pieces, so I will likely recycle it sometime in the future,
