DSC_0006_Two Morgan Hill poppy jasper cabs

            I cut a small stone yesterday, and when I saw the patterns, and some of the rare green, I was too impatient to dop and wait, so I shaped and polished without.  These are needing a little more pressure on the final wheels, so I'll dop them up and take them over the last three wheels again and see if I can make them zing.  If not, they have gorgeous poppies, and the 95%+ fractures are healed (the one in the polyhedroid region of the oval is healed with druzy quartz, but it only undercut a little bit!

I have one more center-cut slice that I'll dop beginning to end.
