I is for Ice - (Hans Solo Frozen - Version 2)

            I am submitting one of my favorite macros from my archives, because it's just so perfect for the letter I.  Hans Solo frozen in Ice.  It could also work for the letter H - Hans Solo.  I took this picture last year for a Macro Mondays challenge, spent hours perfecting it, and then forgot to add it to the pool on the Monday.  

This is one of the pictures I experimented with for the Macro Mondays theme “In Ice.” I thought it would be fun to try to recreate a picture of Hans Solo frozen in carbonite like the image from the movie.  I ended up not doing his whole body because it didn’t show the striations in the ice as well as the closer crop.  It was a really fun challenge.  (Hans is still recovering.  Brrr!)
