BRIDE AND GROOM - a photo on Flickriver

BRIDE AND GROOM

            1)Selected bride's dress & flowers. Applied an edge mask to sharpen and bring out underlying details.
2)Free transformed topiary tree to straighten it. Cloned out the straight tree line above the groom's head.
3)Altered the tree on the right side.
4)Changed the skyline. Kept the sky simple so that the eye could have a resting place somewhere, given all the textures in the image.
5)Got rid of the distracting urn and base behind the bride. Changed landscaping.
6)Cloned in greener grass.
7)Clone corrected some areas of the bench.
8)Chose not to change the groom's lapel, because it kinda mimics the quirky position of his shoe on the opposite side.
9)Removed hotspots on skin with a layer mask in darken mode.
10)Used Liquify filter to open groom's eyes
11)Whitened teeth and eyes with a layer mask in screen mode.
12)Took a lot of time.
