            Grotte di Stiffe (Aq)
Le grotte di Stiffe sono una delle attrazioni naturali dell'abruzzo aquilano. Le acque del fiume Rio Gamberale, che scorre sull'altopiano delle rocche,  percorrono alcuni km nel sottosuolo prima di riemergere presso l'abitato di Stiffe. Le grotte sono state rese visitabili dai primi anni '90 e la sala in cui è presente questa cascata è stata inaugurata di recente. Le acque in questa sala effettuano un salto di circa 15 mt e la presenza di una persona rende l'idea della grandezza dell'ambiente.

Caves of Stiffe (Aq)
The Stiffe caves are one of the natural attractions of Abruzzo near L'aquila. The waters of the Rio Gamberale, which flows on the plateau of the Rocche, go through several kilometers underground before surfacing near the town of Stiffe. The caves have been visitable made the early 90s and the room in which there is this waterfall was opened recently. The waters in this room make a jump of about 15 meters (about 50 feet) and the presence of a person makes the idea of the size of the hall.
