Brioche des Rois & cream. - a photo on Flickriver

            As we had some cream left over, Graham bought us a Brioche des Rois for yesterday's pudding. A delicious change from the more normal Gallette des Rois, which we would have had on Sunday, by tradition. 

We ended up having half of this each, but there's plenty left for tonight with a small amount of cream. Any leftover can be eaten with custard. Most untraditional!!
