Falcon Shells was founded by Peter Pellandine in January 1957, bringing with him from Ashley Laminates the 750 shell, to be called the Falcon mk.1 for the Austin Seven SWB. chassis and the Sports racer for chassis from 6'11'' to 7'8'' now called the Falcon Mk.II. From April 1959 the Falcon Mk.3 was introduced primarily for the Ford 7'6'' chassis its name was changed to Caribbean and became Falcon's best selling shell. A developed Mk.2 became the Competitor. Both models became available as a complete kit with a space frame designed by Terrier and a choice of engines. The Bermuda, Peregrine and 515 models were to follow. In mid-1961 Peter Peregrine sold the company to mike Moseley who continued production of the 515 until 1964.
