Beached - Canon 7d mk1 + EFS 15-85 F3.5-5.6 IS USM

            This lens gives the same short-end field of view on croppers like the 7d as the EF 24-105 F4L IS USM does for the full frame bodies. It's a bit lighter so gets used more than the heavier one. For a non-L lens it performs pretty decently.  For IQ there's nothing in it. Although the 7d is made for speedy subjects it's pretty much just as much at home as a general scene shooter.
Here we are in June already, just two weeks away from Midsummer and these boats are still not back in the water working for their keep. Are the owners prevented from relaunching by Covid 19 rules? I'd expected these to be back in operation already. Troubling times indeed.
