VN Tower - a photo on Flickriver

VN Tower

            After shooting K516-04 a few minutes earlier, I figured that would be my only shot of a train going by the famed Nova, OH structure. Not five minutes pass, and the EB signal lights up with a favorable indication. There is hope yet! Lights round the bend from the West, and the distinct EMD thunder fills the air. K498-03 comes into full view with its SD40-3/Dash 8C combo, approaching a tower that has stood long enough to see Ford Model T's stop at the dirt crossing for B&O steam to pass.
