After circling about in front of Portland, Oregon’s River Place Hotel, the Christmas Ships Parade heads south under the Marquam Bridge and the Tilikum Crossing light-rail bridge shown here looking like a giant Christmas Tree. Two light-decorated boats show here as the head under the bridge.
The annual tradition of Christmas Ships gathering in fleets to parade up and down the Willamette and Columbia Rivers is celebrating its 68th year in 2022. www.christmasships.org
