The blue orchid is not a creation of nature, but the work of skilled florists.

In 2011, the first blue phalaenopsis orchid was introduced at the tropical plant exhibition in Florida (America).

Also in 2011, the exotic flower with blue flower petals was presented during the annual flower competition at Flora Holland.
( The Netherlands) . The grower who presented him won a prize in the "sales concept" category. One of the jury members of the competition predicted an enormous popularity of these plants among buyers in the future.

The coloring of orchids is a special job that only at a nursery
can happen. For this the best white orchids are used. The plants are colored with a natural dye. This naturally happens in a biological and natural way.

Important to know that once the plant has finished and new flowers come back, they will remain white.

De blauwe orchidee is geen creatie van de natuur, maar het werk van bekwame bloemisten.

In 2011 werd de eerste blauwe phalaenopsis orchidee geïntroduceerd op de tropische plantententoonstelling in Florida (Amerika).

Ook in 2011 werd  deze de exotische bloem met blauwe bloem blaadjes gepresenteerd tijdens de jaarlijkse  bloemenwedstrijd bij Flora Holland. 
( Nederland) . De kweker die hem presenteerde won hiermee een prijs in de categorie "verkoopconcept".  Een van de juryleden van de wedstrijd voorspelde in de toekomst een enorme populariteit van deze planten bij kopers.

Het kleuren van orchideeën is een specialistisch werkje wat alleen op een kwekerij 
kan gebeuren. Hiervoor worden de allerbeste witte orchideeën gebruikt. De planten worden met een natuurlijke kleurstof gekleurd. Dit gebeurt uiteraard op een biologisch en natuurlijke wijze.

Belangrijk om te weten dat zodra de plant is uitgebloeid en er weer nieuwe bloemen terugkomen, deze wit zullen blijven.
