For Flickr Bingo 3, this booklet guarantees the RULE of law in the Soviet Union. It was adopted in 1936, just before things got really bad.

THE STORY CONTINUES:
Reassured by her friends, Eva continued into the forest, hoping to find the treasure there. But it was more of a park than a real forest, and all she found was a bunch of old communists sitting on benches arguing over whether Stalin was a monster, or whether he had to do some really bad things for the good of the USSR.
