Les eleccions locals espanyoles de 2023 se celebraran a tot Espanya el dia 28 de maig, quart diumenge de maig, d'acord amb l'article 42 de la Llei 5/1985.
Les eleccions determinen de manera directa la composició dels ajuntaments i, de manera indirecta, les dels consells comarcals i les diputacions provincials.

Dret de les persones a prendre part en processos públics de presa de decisions, especialment eleccions, i a manifestar-hi la seva voluntat mitjançant un vot.
El dret a vot és un dret polític.

Municipal elections.

The Spanish local elections of 2023 will be held throughout Spain on May 28, the fourth Sunday in May, in accordance with Article 42 of Law 5/1985.
Elections directly determine the composition of town councils and, indirectly, those of county councils and provincial councils.

The right of people to take part in public decision-making processes, especially elections, and to express their will through a vote.
The right to vote is a political right.
