Real Filmreels of Hollywood Hills - a photo on Flickriver

            This is another shot of the mezzanine at the Hollywood & Vine station on the Red Line.  It's interesting to compare this with a similar scene captured several years ago with my Canon.  That image was taken with a tripod, but this one was handheld at ISO 6400 and I think it looks better.

And yes, those are actual film reels adhered to the ceiling of the station.
