            Les détails d’architecture du logis à tourelle remontent à la fin du 15ème siècle et permettent de le considérer comme la plus ancienne maison de la ville.
La tradition prétend qu'Anne de Bretagne y aurait séjourné lorsqu'elle vint inspecter les travaux du château.
