Giant Thistle - a photo on Flickriver

Giant Thistle

            Two more mono images of flowers from around the village. This mono series were taken with a 35 year old lens and the first digital camera that Sony made in 2006 after buying out Minolta.  Both, in my opinion, still hold up nicely as time passes.  I don't normally suggest how you should view the images but on this occasion have a look at the large version.
