MR SL ♛ Egypt 2020, Paradox Messmer - First Photo Challenge

I chose Candyman from the 1992 horror movie of the same name, because of his tragic backstory that makes him much more than just a murderous monster. Candyman lived in the 1800s and was well educated and a prodigy at painting portraits. One day a wealthy landowner hired him to capture his daughter's beauty. Candyman and her fell in love, and she became pregnant. For this, her father paid some thugs to saw off Candyman's hand, and then they smashed some honeycombs and smeared the honeycomb over his naked body, after which he was stung to death by a swarm of angry bees.

This is why his ribcage and face are both covered with bees. He is a vengeful spirit that unleashes these bees on his victims as well as he guts them with his hook for a hand. But he's a true romantic at heart, haunting a woman who is the reincarnation of his lost lady love with the words spoken to her "Be my victim".
