Čd 242 273-1 bij Žabčice op 2-6-2022

            Van 1 tot en met 4 juni 2022 werd samen met een treinenspotvriend één van onze gezamenlijke favoriete treinenlanden bezocht: Tsjechië. De eerste dag werden twee stekken in de buurt van Ústí nad Labem bezocht en daarna reisden we door naar het zuidoosten van het mooie land. Rondom Brno stonden een aantal hoofdlijnen en lokale lijnen op het menu. Vooral de verschillende varianten van de serie 754 en de laatste dagen van de serie 560 hadden onze belangstelling.

We werden aardig verwend qua Duikbrillen en ook de 560's werden gescoord. Dit allemaal op fraaie minder druk bereden lijnen. Tussendoor werden in de regio Brno ook bezoekjes gebracht aan de hoofdlijnen. Op donderdagavond 2 juni werd een stek ten zuiden van het dorp Žabčice aan de hoofdlijn Brno-Břeclav. Qua goederenverkeer is de andere hoofdlijn Břeclav-Přerov (momenteel) drukker. Toch reed er nog een fraaie goederentrein met een "Laminatka". Daarnaast pakten we in korte tijd ook nog een aantal fraaie reizigerstreinen met mooie tractie.

Hier zien we de Čd 242 273-1 met stoptrein Os 4664 Hustopeče u Brna-Tišnov bij Žabčice op donderdag 2 juni 2022. Dit is nog de enige locomotief van deze serie die in deze kleurstelling rijdt. We waren dan ook blij dat we deze variant ook eens konden pakken. De serie 242 zal helaas niet lang meer rijden voor de Tsjechische Spoorwegen.
