Former Cheshire Lines Lord Street Station Clock Tower, Southport

            Long closed as a railway station in the early 1950's and  then used as a Ribble bus station together with many years sitting there with little purpose. Now this important and grand building (minus its train shed) is part of a Travelodge Hotel. The clock tower has been illuminated with blue light which set's it off against the night sky very well.
