            With a Black 5’s tender in tow (44932 I'm informed) Stanier designed 'Jubilee' 4-6-0 no.45690 'Leander' storms past Giggleswick, on the Settle-Carnforth line. She is in charge of the third tour of the day, the RYTC’s Blackpool-Preston-Hellifield-Carnforth-Preston section of the "Pennine Blackpool Express".
