DB 218 345-7 + 218 307-7 - St. Michaelisdonn

            IC 2310 Köln Hbf - Westerland(Sylt)

Für Samstag den 9. März 2024 würde nochmal für den halben Tag ganz brauchbares Wetter vorhergesagt. Zumindest im Bereich nördlich von Hamburg sogar bis in den Nachmittag hinein. So stand am Abend des Vortages ziemlich schnell fest, dass es mal wieder nach längerer Zeit an die südliche Marschbahn gehen sollte. Es waren sogar zwei nette rote 218er-Doppeltraktionen an den Intercity verplant gewesen. Diese standen beide dann ziemlich hoch im Kurs und waren somit fest eingeplant. Da der erste von Westerland auf Sylt südwärts fahrende IC erst gegen 11:30 Uhr über den Nord-Ostsee-Kanal fahren würde, hatte ich bis dahin noch etwas Zeit. Diese habe ich genutzt indem ich bei der fast auf dem Weg liegenden AKN-Linie A3 im Bereich Langeln vorbeigeschaut habe. Ein Bild dazu kommt dann in den nächsten Tagen in meinem Fotostream online. Nachdem dort ein paar Triebwagen auf die SD-Karte gewandert waren, habe ich mich frühzeitig auf dem Weg in Richtung Marschbahn gemacht. Der erste Fernzug ging dann auf der Hochbrücke bei Hochdonn wie geplant ins Netz. Für den zweiten verschob ich mich ein paar Kilometer weiter in den ehemaligen Bahnhof von Vaale. Danach wechselte ich die Fahrtrichtung und es stand der zweite an diesem Tag nordwärts verkehrende Intercity auf dem Plan. Dazu bin ich an die lange Gerade vor St. Michaelisdonn gefahren. Dort habe ich dann am Ende des Feldweges Position bezogen. Pünktlich rollte der IC 2310 aus Köln zur Nordseeinsel mit dem Pärchen aus 218 345-7 und 218 307-7 durch den Auslösepunkt. In der Zwischenzeit waren die ersten Quellwolken am Himmel aufgetaucht und die sich bereits über Hamburg befindliche geschlossene Wolkendecke war auf dem Weg in Richtung Norden. Trotzdem bin ich noch an den Geesthang bei Gudendorf gefahren. Für dort hatte ich noch den dritten südwärts fahrenden IC eingeplant. Leider machte das Wetter dann zu und das Bild wurde ein Wolkenschaden. Immerhin rollte noch die RB in Form eines roten DB LINT in einem Sonnenspott vorbei...
