Tamron SP Adaptall 2 500mm f8 Tele Macro

            I found this mirror lens at a car boot sale.  The rear mirror was covered in fungus and there was mold on the inside of the lens body.   With the large expanse of glass at the front, the lens makes an effective little  greenhouse for growing organic matter. 

Fortunately, it was easy to unscrew the front element and clean/disinfect the insides.  The lens produces fun and sometimes rather bizarre results.  It has a MFD of 1.7 meters, and was apparently optimised for closer-up shots, hence the macro name.
